Great customer service from Ivan and Martin!

We had a wonderful time soaking up the sun at the lovely beach and enjoyed the premium liquor selection, especially Chivas Regal. After an exhilarating dolphinarium visit, the kids were thrilled to ride the boat transfers from Cancun, truly a family-friendly hotel.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool needs better maintenance.

Beautifully quiet resort with a private beach and excellent snorkeling opportunities. The dining options were limited, especially at the secondary restaurant. The Junior Suite King Ocean Front offered stunning views but could use better air circulation. Yoga classes were a nice addition to our stay.

Our return stay was even better than before! The staff, especially ivan and martin, took care of everything seamlessly. We enjoyed the fine ocean views from our junior suite and were thrilled with the gourmet dining experiences provided during our week.

The Junior Suite Ocean Front was awesome with a large jacuzzi on our terrace and stunning ocean views. Food was top-notch, especially the seven-course dinner. Had a couple of drinks at the bar. the coconut mojito was super refreshing. The spa had amazing services like a full body massage and a steam room. Staff like Carlos and Magda at the pool area were always on point with service!

However, there were a couple of minor inconveniences during our visit.

We had a great time at this little slice of paradise! The staff were fantastic, especially the pool guys like Jabar and Alejandro who kept the drinks flowing.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still manageable.
